Just a journal about artists that inspire me and encourage me to keep on drawing, hoping to become as inspiring to others as they are to me =]

- When I first saw this artists work, it made me cry. It's simply so attractive, original and incredible traditional art. He draws the mythical creatures, fairy tales and stories we, when we were little children, all loved and cherished. It kind of makes me sad that we can't stay the children we once were for the rest of our life, but at the same time your art makes me smile every time I look at it. Thank you so much for sharing <3


- Cataclysm-X draws both portraits of existing persons and people she created herself. I think, besides that she is an amazing artists, loves to see others that like drawing and she shared some awesome tutorials to explain others how she gets her drawings from a sketch to an artpiece that almost seems to breath. I think she encourages everyone that wants to learn how to draw realistic faces. I love looking at her detail pictures and wips, because for some reason, her art makes me think that with enough practice and patience, I can archieve what she did. - Actually this was the first artist I saw on deviantart xD And also the reason why I joined. I like his human drawings the most, because they speak. You can almost read a story behind their eyes and know what kind of personalities they would probably have. Also his other art and especially his way of colouring and the creatures he creates. I learn from just looking at your art and guessing which colours you layered down first xD Other than that you seem to be a really nice, maybe shy, person with to much thoughts and ideas and to less time to put those on paper So thank you too, for sharing your art (and twisted mind I can only grasp to understand) with us!


Those and many other artists and of course my friends _{who, for some reason, always listen to my endless babbling about new pencils and bad paper} are always inspiring me. It's because of you that I draw ;D
